Urgent! 863211 please take a look!

Dear 863211:
I just want to double check one last question before I file my I-485.
I entered the US as a Parolee last time, so in Part 3, the status I entered US last time should be “ Parolee” , right?
And all the following questions related to VISA, I think it should be all “ N/A” since it’s supposed to ask about the last time when I entered the US. But someone told me that I should enter the last Visa I had before I got the AP. I am confused. Please help!
