pjiang老师，请问可不可以将出生公证的复印件寄给移民局（并将复印件notarized了）？
-Yes, the potocopy is enough. Not need to并将复印件notarized, but it is Ok if you do that.

还是一定要寄原件呢？
-Absolutely No.
