护照能在别处盖戳吗？

I got I-485 approval notice from CSC and ask me to get passport stamped. But currently I'm living in dallas which belong to Texas service center and I didn't tell CSC I moved. Can I go to local INS district office to get PP stamped? Will it hurt?
