请问为父母办绿卡，需要父母的结婚公证
-Based on I-130 instruction, Father,s GC application needs父母的结婚公证, but the mohter does'nt. But soem people (fathers) got their GC without this document and it seems USCIS does not strict on this document requirement.

和无犯罪记录公证吗？
-Not need this document if your parents apply for their GC within US (filing I-485).

多长时间内的公证为有效？
-Any time is OK for 结婚公证.

一年内的行吗？
