USCIS不会接受雇员签的G-28表的.
-A lawyer may need you to sign a separate G-28 so that he/she represent you (beneficial) for this case and USCIS has no problem for such a represent of the beneficial. Of course, the employer needs to sign another separate G-28 if the employer ask the lawyer to be the representative for the case. One lawyer can be the representative of both the beneficial and the employer for the same case at the same time. So, you just sign the G-28 as the lawyer requested if you want him/her to representative you for this case.
