I485 for spouse

My friend didn't include his wife on I485 during green card process. Here is some data on his green card application.

Married in 1999
His I140 PR date: 02/2000
His I485 filed on 01/2005
His green card: 11/2007

What doucments needed for him to apply her a green card based on his I140 prority date on 02/2000? How long does it take?
