回复：Leave US for China while waiting for the AP.

I filed i-485 and i-130 on 02/17/2010 and AP on 02/22/2010 for my parents. They already finished the finger print on 02/26/2010.

But my parents have to leave US now.
- in this case, they may apply immigrant visa in China and can't come to US before that

Will this OK to leave while waiting for AP approvals?
