今天看一个论坛的帖子。看到大家讨论说从今年1月1号开始移民局新政策规定h1b transfer 需要申请prevailing wage，而且必须是mail in获得。
-Not true. Only if your prevail wage application was filed before January 20, 2010, you had to send it by mail. After January 20, you can apply for the prevail wage online through iCert system or it could be done instantly by using one of the OES data sources.
