大家好。请教一个问题

我是绿卡身份，老婆和孩子在国内。现在想为他们申请探亲签证，不知到需要准备什么文件，什么程序？有什么注意事项？拒签的可能性有多大（与父母探亲签证申请比较）？

如果为他们申请亲属移民有无可能？大约要等多久？
