因患有精神分裂症的美国公民，在吃SSI的是不能帮父母申请移民的吧？
-Yes, of course technically. There is not discrimination to a patient to be sponsor. But it is needed to find a co-sponsor in this case to have enough fnancail support for the beneficials' green card application.

其gardian可代理么？
-Not be 代理, but can be a co-sponsor.
