父母绿卡申请中---如何报税

我父母去年来美国呆了5个月，回去后我去年秋天给他们开始申请绿卡。

我的问题是，今年我报税时可以claim他们为dependent吗？

他们的绿卡还在申请中，但是既然现在已经不能申请非移民签证了，是不是就说明他们已经布什非移民了？

有谁知道答案吗？谢谢！
