I485 (EB2)今年三月current。材料早在两年前就转到当地的infopass.夫妻二人的AP都已过期，都使用EAD。

想请教：
1。配偶三月底要出境美国，5个月之内才返美。还需要申请AP吗？
-Yes, of course.

如果未申请AP，离境前绿卡也没有下来，可否让人在绿卡批下来后带给配偶？
-No. You have to get the AP approval before you leave U.S.

或者人不在美申请AP， 再让人带给配偶？
-Not work. You have to apply for the AP personally within U.S. and get it approved, then you can use AP to travel outside U.S. Otherwise, your I-485 will be invalid automatically. So, do not make this mistake.

2。是否应该到当地的infopass咨询（同时也算是提醒）移民官呢？会有什么副作用吗？
-Not use.
