请问诸位大侠一个傻傻的问题，可以用EB-3 EAD换工作让新雇主再申请一个EB-2 or EB-1 吗？还是必须保持H1B身份才能开始一个新的移民申请（second PERM, I-140, I-485）？
-You need to have a non-immigration or parolee status to file another I-485 (or relink I-485). So you had better keep your H1 status, if possible. If you can not keep your H1, you can use AP to enter US to get the parolee status to be qualified for another I-485 filing and this is not a problem. You can file PERM and I-140 any time no matther what your status is (e.g. H1, parolee, or AOS).
