正确解决方案是：
file I-129，但不是延期H1-B，而是延期stay。把以前申请表上护照号码改了，其他都一样。麻烦是自己不能做，要找雇主申请，320刀。
-Your employer needs to file a H1 extension petition for you and the procedure and the requirements are exactly the same as your first time H1 petition (as the new petition).
