我是H1B。老婆是h4。 老婆回国旅游，前天在北京返签h4成功， 准备 3月10号回美国。

现在我要换工作，新公司要我3月22号上班，要的很急。现在有这么个问题。

如果新公司现在给我递交h1b transfer申请的话，但是开始日期标为3月22号。那么10天后，就是3月10号 我老婆入境的时候 会不会遇到麻烦（ 3月10号我还将会在现在的公司工作，新公司的工作还没有开始）？

还是在海关移民局官员只要看到我已经递交H1B transfer的申请了， 那么我老婆入关就会有问题啊？

我有没有必要强烈要求我的新公司hold我的H1B transfer申请，直到3月10号以后才开始file啊。
-It is irrelevant to your wife (see above answer). Only if you work for the new employer before your wife enters U.S., will it affect your wife status.
