请教 “Request for Initial Evidence“ 的问题

for I-485, they request
what they reqested is basically what i had sent out.

Should I send them again?

BTW, I was not granted a birth certificate in China when I was born in a rural area, should I send the copy and translation of my Chinese ID together with passport photo page??
