let her stay U.S until your friend get citizen and apply G.C for her. or she can only apply B-2 visa after 3 years since she stays here illegally for 2 months. there is 3/10 bar: if illegal stay for less than 1 year, you have to wait 3 years to apply visa again, if over 1 year, 10 years bar.
