正在着手准备I-485，签证到3月6日过期！
1。请问体检报告一定要同485一起寄出吗？
-Not necessary. you can send it later when USCIS send you RFE for this document.

2。因为3月6日签证过期，所以合法身份是从邮寄485那天的邮戳日期算起还是移民局收到邮戳日期，还是别的其他什么日起？
-The adte USCIS receive your application and put it into the system. But a few days or even if one or two months of unlawful presence does not hurt your I-485. So, do not need to be panic.

3。无犯罪公证09年8月26日，到美国日期09年9月7日，估计受理485日期10年3月6日，请问无犯罪公证是否过期！！！
-Not need this document for I-485 filing.
