回复：紧急求助 关于返美证 reentry permit 的申请时间问题

我知道规定的是提出 reentry permit 申请的时必须physically 在美国境内。可是怎么定义提出 reentry permit 申请的时间呢？是以寄出申请的邮件邮戳上的时间吗？还是申请被收到的时间？
明天凌晨12点多的飞机，今天才把申请信投进邮箱里。这会不会有问题？
