急问关于给父母申请绿卡的问题！

我是美国公民，正在给母亲申请绿卡，情况如下：
母亲正在美国，签证到3月3日过期。已经为母亲递交I-130了，也收到回信（申请已经转到NVC）.打算在美国直接转身份拿绿卡。
问题一：
今天收到NVC来信，
一个是：Affidavit of support (AOS)processing fee bill invoice $70
但是在说明里有一个Important Notes:
“If the applicant intends to adjust status with the U.S Citizenship and Immigrantion Services, please contact the NVC before making any payments or taking further action.”请各位大侠指点，这倒是是什么意思？
第二个是：Information about the DS-3032 Choice of Agent and Address Form.这个表是正常程序吗？应该是我母亲填写对吗？
问题二：
我什么时候，会通过什么方式被告知可以递交I-485申请了？NVC会通知我吗？
问题三：
我母亲签证3月过期，递交I-130以后留美身份就是合法的，对吗？
