我先生在美国递交了I140,然后回国,通过递交824转到广州领馆处理.现在已经入境，两周后收到正式绿卡。现在我要递交485，不知道是不是也要递交130？
-You never file I-130 which is for family based category. If you use family based category, you need to wait for at least five years to get the priority date to be current.

You just need to file I-485 based on your spouse's approved I-140 as the dependent using EB category.
