回复：是不是在I94失效前前递上I-129就算解决了这一问题了？

通过这几天的问答，看来目前我只好递I-129了，时间也很紧迫，我的I-94下月底失效，是不是我在那个日子之前递上I-129就可以了，还是需要收到receipt，甚至批？
-As long as USCIS receives your petition (put it into their system-evidence: your check is cashed or you get the receipt) before your I-94 expires, you are OK to continue your work.


另外，现在file 129之前的那个LCA目前需要多久啊，我记得一年以前是即时的，

但是目前好像需要几天还是几周来着，
