请问pijiang和863211老师：485邮寄去tsc

我昨天用usps express mail（要求签名和收到确认）寄的申请，今天网页显示notice left， 这如何处理？tsc的人会去取邮件吗？ 不会被耽搁而导致邮件退回吧？
