2) 迅速递交绿卡申请AP。通过研究皮匠老师的帖子，好像把485和AP在I94失效前申请递上去，只要pending了，即使没收到或者收到后不用AP在 I94失效后自动转AOS，也就不存在身份失效问题了。但是这个风险比较大，万一140/485被拒，那就会重新面临身份问题；另外，下次再次出入境时（I94过期后）到底用哪种身份也是个问题。
