谢谢您的回复，最后两个问题：
1、我可以以公司的名义但不通过律师file吗（我目前的H1B是律师file的）？
-You have no right to file the Form I-129. You even can not get the prevail salary and LCA. You can prepare the paperwork for your employer (Human Resources) if they agree you to do that.

2、只递一份129还是和第一次一样要递一堆其它辅助材料，比如写么Labor Condition Application(LCA)?
-Everything is the same as the first time H1 petition.
