你的意思是律师说的反而是对的，两个CBP officer的都不准确？太不可思议了，就为了一个I-94，我要重新花3000刀申请h1b?
-Correct. If you do not want to file the H1 extension petition, you can go out of U.S. to get an H1 visa to come back and you will get a new I-94 at the port of entry.
