我母亲于本月8日在广州取得B2签证，VISA上写的EXPIRATION DATE 是07 FEB 2010，多次入境的，请问这个日期是进入美国后允许停留的时间还是进入美国有效期，我订机票时是订半年往返的还是一年往返的？谢谢！！！
