关于EB2排期的两种可能预期

chinese backlog 18,000
every year 3000 to chinese
it takes 6 years to clear the backlog


Chines + Indian backlog 60,000
every year 3000*2 + 9,000 from Family Based spillover and EB2 not used from other countries = 15,000
it takes 4 years to clear the backlog

which one is more possible? can we say at most 4 years instead of 6 years, all the backlog will be cleared for chinese and Indian together.
