thanks! what if my daughter didn't use AP( I didn't apply AP or EAD for her), she hasn't travel out of the state. H-4 . 485 Pending.

can she just show 94 and 485 receipt for eligible No-Citizen status ?
-No. The I-94 has to be parolee (using AP to get it) to be the eligible non-citizen status.
