Your parents need to leave U.S. as soon as possible. They have been unlawful present since the extension was denied if their I-94 expired.

原来的I94怎么没有寄回来。出境时没有有社么问题？
-If they have the photocopies of their I-94 cards, just provide the photocpy of the I-94 to the airlines when they leave U.S. if they did not keep the photocopy, see the followling website of Pijiang's blog:
