我想给自己的父母，哥哥一家办绿卡。但是我自己没工作，是家庭主妇。我老公工作。我的问题是：

1.我可以让老公做担保吗？具体需要填那些表格？

我爸妈前段时间脑矛盾，一气之下办了离婚。如果再办复婚，不知道对办绿卡有没有影响？

3.我哥哥可以先旅游签证过来美国，然后我再给他办绿卡？

以后他的身份肯定要黑了，到等排期时，能通过办绿卡漂白吗？

会影响办绿卡吗？
-Yes. He can not get the GC within U.S. if he 身份要黑 more than 6 months.

4.还有就是如果绿卡下来，他们可以拥有什么福利呢？
-Same as any other GC holders.
特别是医疗。

是不是必须等多少年才能申请呢？
