我是正在准备申请 EB1B 。
但是我的H1B 于3月31日到期，而学校要在 2月份为我办理延期手续。
在这种情况下我是等H1B 延期后递交140 和485 呢，还是现在就可以递交140 和485？
如果现在递交，即将到期的H1B是否影响我的绿卡批准？谢谢！
-You can file I-140 and I-485 any time you want to. The H1 extension petition has nothing to do with your GC application (not affect each other).
