B2刚转F1,3年的MASTER.请问如果现在回国,再返美要重签吗?
-You need to get an F1 visa to come back. But I have to say it is very risky for you to apply for the F1 visa in China because you changed your B2 to F1 within U.S. Based on many people's experience, the Visa Officer is very unhappy to see a persona getting B2 visa to U.S. and then, changing the B2 status to another non-immigration status within U.S.
