我的第一个140（劳工纸-EB2）已经批了，但不是我现在工作的公司。我现在工作的公司是加州的，当时他们不同意。而sponsor我140的这家公司是另外一个州的。现在经济形势不好，这家公司的前景突然黯淡下来。如果我现在的公司开始帮我办，能否用我前一个140的priority date?
-Yes, as long as this old I-140 was approved. The location of the old I-140 sponosor in another state does not affect the I-140 priority date porting/transferring. But you may need to provide the copy of the old I-140 approval notice for the priority date porting to your ne wI-140.

假如其他transfer日期的条件都满足的话。我曾经问过我的律师，他们讲不可以，因为这种140是因为劳工纸。而这个就业名额不是加州的。
