eb1b 485 approved before 140, why? help...

有一个问题请教大家, eb1b filed concurrently. 现在485 显示是card production. 可140 有一个soft lud 但status 还是initial review. 现在糊涂了，这个是到底批没批啊？ 谢谢大家。
