Dose 加拿大移民的工作经历证明 reference letter need to be both chinese and English version with personal signature and stamp on it?

Is it ok to provide only reference letter, cause I didn't have a contract with compay which is in china, or I have to get notaired employeement relationship.

Do I have to sent U.S fingerprint and security clearence along with my first step application? Thanks a lot!!!!!
