CANADA visa请教

I am a China F1 student in US but I have a Canada Maple card.Because my Maple card last three year dealine approached. So I plan to move to Canada this June. My wife is f2 right now but she doesn't have a Maple card. How can she go with me to Cadana this June. If she apply for Canada visit visa she can get that or not? After she land I plan to apply the Maple card for her or is any other options she can take?
