Entering USA and Working Permission for EAD holder's spouse

My Priority Date is Sept. 2005. I filed my 485 on July 2007, eb3. Case pending and I am using my EAD now. My wife is in Taiwan. Right now she can not file 485 because the cut off date for Taiwan eb3 has not reach Sept. 2005. How can I help her entering US? Can she enter as my dependants? If she enters, can she apply for working permission (EAD)?.
