140批了后公司换OWNER/MERGE

PERM 140 早批了, 在等交485. 公司可能要换OWNER或者MERGE. 那140 要重新来吗? 考了古说PD可以保留, 但pjiang老师的blog里说485肯定会被锯, 真的吗? 那该怎么办呢? 6年H1B快到了, extend的时候还能用APRROVED的140 吗, 如果新的PERM/140还没办?
