是否只是先填姐姐的130表？待130批下来后再填：姐夫的130；他们的485等等表？
-You only need to file one I-130 for your sister and not need any I-130 for your sister's family members. You just need to include your sister's hu*****and and her kids (if any) in your I-130 and I-864 so that they will get their GC as your sister's derivative status.

By the way, if your sister and her family were not in U.S., they can not file I-485, but use consular processing to get their immigration visa in China.
