我第一个Master的OPT(12个月)只用了三个半月,有工作，然后transfer F1读第二个Master,想八月份毕业，想知道能否申请到第二个Master的OPT?
-No, you can not get another OPT. Because you had got the OPT after you got your first MS degree (只用了三个半月made no difference), you have to get a higher degree (e.g. Ph.D.) to be qualified for another OPT.
