公司规定，developer III 才帮办 green card， 在同一公司， 由 developer II 升到 developer III, 并到不同部门， 需要办H1B transfer吗？
-It seems the employee qualification requirements are different between Developer II and Development III. So, your employer need to file an H1 amendment because the new job (developer III) has “Material Change”(实质性的改变) from Developer II.
Just ask your employer to file an H1 amendment petition for you and you can work as Dveloper III after USCIS receive the H1 amendment petition.
