I was a contractor for Siemens before. They are pretty much very standardized enterprise in north American. Sponsoring employees GC should not be an issue to such a big company.
I think the communication is the key. If something goes wrong, look at ourselves. There should have something we need to improve. Our communication style, habit, etc. If we improve, others will improve.
So let your LG frankly talk with manager and HR representative. Explain them how important that GC is to us.
As a wife, don't push your hu*****and too hard. But let him understand that communication is the key.
