情况紧急。NIW上诉由于律师的原因，属于不是properly filed被移民局给rejected，律师现在不管了。但移民局给30天appeal or motion.请问这种情况我们能自己递吗？

-If it is still within 30 days after your NIW I-140 is denied, it should be OK. If it is out of 30 days, it is hard to say.
