-I do not see any difference. The GC application is processed by USCIS, and nothing is related to a specific state or city. I really do not know how your lawyer gets this kind of idea.

不知道按照美国法律是否符合条件在其他州进行办理。如可以，是否必须在其他州办理结婚手续？
