太谢谢指教. 跟问: 记得以前律师说过持AP 485 PENDING 其间, 每年必须有超过半年时间在美国.
-No such a requirment. But if you stay outside U.S. too long and USCIS find it, they may think you have no intent to stay in US permanently and thus, yoour I-485 might be affected. If USCIS does not realize it, it should be OK.

倒底有没有这要求呢? 还是说如果仅保持H1签证,485 PENDING 其间 就不需要每年半年以上在美国?
