Does that mean I will lose H1b status as long as I applied TN at the boarder? I will not tell my current sponsor (employer) until I get the visa done. But I do need to go to the US/Canada boarder to apply for the TN. If my new position does not qualify for TN, can I still come back US with the current H1b and work for the current employer?
