-Status termination means something happens and it results in the status invalid before the I-94 expires, so status termination = out of status. Grace period means the I-94 expires (you are out of status), but you are give some time to prepare for leaving US. During the grace period, you are lawfully present (legal stay).


同时，我的termination date是1/3/2010，公司会在二月初通知USCIS，那么我是否已经out of status？
