公司给我的Termination Date是1/3/2010，同时公司负责移民的经理(非律师)有如下说法：

We (the company) wait and notify USCIS 30 days after the termination date. 我以为是我一直可以呆到2/3/2010。

我在这种情况下是否已经逾期、out of status? 我还能马上申请改成F签证吗？
-It may be OK if your H1 I-94 does not expire.
