I have been kept good relationship with my old boss. However, the problem is my old company is not a small company, in which it has HR, immigration lawyer etc.

Maybe I might ask for my boss not cancelling my I140. Boss will think it is HR or other relative department to decide whether to cancel I140. Every step must follow company's role or policy. Without an offer, I can not discuss with my current boss about this issue.

In this case, do think I should ask for immigration laywer or HR to keep my I140?
